PLJCI is a non-stock non-profit entity aimed at poviding free legal assistance to Filipinos in need. It was founded by Senator Francis N. Tolentino, a senator, lawyer, and an advocate for Justice. It is a satellite office attached to the Office of the Senator Francis Tolentino catering to underrepresented litigants/clients.
