Law inspires us to give our best.

Ensuring decent legal assistance for indigent litigants.

Our Objectives

To render free, adequate, and accessible legal assistance covering diverse areas of law to qualified indigent clients. Legal services may take the form of legal advice, representation, assistance, and counseling.

To uphold the marginalized and poor litigants’ right to speedy disposition of their cases and render fast, impartial and efficient justice as envisioned in the 1987 Constitution;

To instill civic consciousness and constitutionalism through social engagement among members of the Bar by instituting a legal clinic, whereby they can serve the community and the country through voluntary work and without any fees and charges; and

To promote justice, including environmental justice, across all sectors of society by encouraging and participating in efforts directed toward legal literacy and nation- building.

Who We Are

Our brand is service — free legal service.

The Philippine Legal Justice Center, Inc. (“PJLCI”) was incorporated last 25 October 2021. PLJCI was founded by Senator Francis “Tol” N. Tolentino. Its principal office is located in 4F, 202 Building, 2202 Taft Avenue, Malate Manila, 1004.

The PLJCI renders free, adequate, and accessible legal assistance covering diverse areas of law especially to the oppressed and indigents, overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), and to indigenous communities.

Further, it aims to instill civic consciousness through social engagement among members of the Philippine Bar by instituting a legal aid clinic, serving the community and the country through pro-bono voluntary work.

The program is also an initiative directed towards legal literacy and nation-building by promoting justice—including environmental justice and respect for the Constitution—across all sectors of society.
